Pancakes with Fruit Jelly and Chocolate

This is breakfast I made for the children who love to pour syrup and butter on their pancakes. I thought of a healthier and more colorful way to enjoy them. New design and all fruit and chocolate topping did it. They loved it and forgot the other kind all together. This is how.
Just put your favorite pancake batter in a squeeze bottle and draw your design on a low heat pan. This way you cook the pancake without flipping it over. Transfer it to a flat plate and fill in the windows like a stained glass with your fruit of choice and chocolate.

Enjoy!

This is an entry for the contest for La mia CucinaPreparate per loro.

  5. I love the step-by-step. It makes it so - accessible - even though I know my mosaics would congeal. That's why I come here - you know what you're doing.

  15. Not an everyday pancake, this is a fantastic idea, making mandalas like stained glass windows, painting your breakfast dish with multi colored deliciousness, really impressive, as usual you are the artist. Ciao!

  19. It's perfect to put the whole pods in the chicken biryani, actually this is the norm and i also do the same, the flavor will come out slowly in the long cooking, but when it comes to quick cooking i like to remove the pods and grind the seeds usually with little rice flour because they are sticky. I know how bad is the automatic translation, sometimes it says just the opposite, so please ask me anything if not enough clear. OK? Ciao.

  26. Wow, what a clever idea, Arthur! Actually, I love the look of your lacy pancakes, even without the filling. They look like art on a plate. I think by the time I finish designing the pattern with the squirt bottle, the rest of the pancake will be burnt!
