By special request from someone I cannot refuse, I had to make this dish again. I got some long Asian eggplants from the farmer's market and made strips and wove them together for the flat grill and stuffed them with my usual ground chicken with Thai basil. I just love to see my guests beaming with delight.
Enjoy!
This dish looks so attractive it seems a shame to eat it :-) Diane

ReplyDeleteEggplant is my hub's most favorite thing ever so I have seen it done many ways, none comes even close to they way this one looks. For most of your work I cannot even say that I would try it - its just beyond me - but this one I just might. Need I say admirable job.

ReplyDeleteInstead of blasting the air conditioner to keep cool in summer, wear clothes made from naturally cooling fabrics. Natural fibers like cotton can absorb moisture from your skin, helping you feel cooler. You can also try wearing lighter colors, they help you feel cooler, lessening your need for artificial cold air
