Airy Potato Crisps

There are no potato chips in the house but we make them now and then whenever we get big potatoes from the farm. Somehow new potatoes are tastier and crispier when fried in light oil. We make them a little fancier than the store-bought ones with different shapes and plenty of holes. We use my homemade tools for fun. That is what makes them light and airy!

Enjoy them plain without salt or with your favorite dipping sauce!

  26. Seriously, if you marketed these tools I would be the first one in line to order them! I love these potatoes, could not stop looking at the different designs, reminding me of Paco Rabanne, the French-Spanish designer.

  27. I LOVE these! I have been making chips in the microwave with just a hint of olive oil and sea salt.
I eat less when I make my own.
And I would eat far less if I made them this beautiful.
Thanks, Arthur, for sharing your considerable talents. (Where could one get your tools? Have you considered marketing them?
